    Wedding Day Management

    This package is for the bride that has completed all of the planning, design & vendor selections one month or more in advance. All this bride needs is a professional wedding coordinator to step in and put her vision together. We use the information that you have provided to make sure that your event goes as planned.

    This package is for the bride that has some of their vendors hired and most of the big decisions made, but they’d like to hand everything over to someone else to manage moving forward so you can sit back, relax, and prepare to walk down the aisle.

Get to Know Natalie

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep love for celebrating life’s meaningful moments — from backyard BBQs to beautiful weddings. I’ve always believed that the magic is in the details: the flicker of a candle, the flow of a timeline, the way a space can instantly feel like you. Creating those thoughtful, lasting moments is more than my job — it’s my joy.

I graduated from Rosen College of Hospitality with a degree in Event Management and hold certifications in weddings and design from The Bridal Society. With over six years of experience in the wedding industry, I’ve had the privilege of planning celebrations big and small — each one as unique as the couple at the heart of it.

Whether you're dreaming of an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, my goal is simple: to guide you through the planning process with ease, intention, and care. I want you to feel supported every step of the way — and to actually enjoy this season of your life.

When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me exploring Orlando’s food scene with my husband, going on adventures with my dog Rosie, singing along to a good 70’s playlist, or binge-watching a reality show or two (okay, maybe more than two!).
